How Long Does It Take to Finish a Repair?
Some repairs take longer than others based on the condition of your device. Depending on the repair, it normally takes between 15 to 30 minutes for us to get your device repaired once we are at your location.
Can You Come To Our Casino or Hotel Room?

You are backed with 30 DAYS WARRANTY on any repair unless you have to sign the waiver due to a pre-existing condition or under the following circumstances.

Phone with liquid damage

Loss of data (we are not responsible for the loss of data so it is recommended to backup your data prior to repair)

Cracked screens or any notable physical damage on the phone.

Issues that have nothing to do with the actual repair done. For instance, the LCD replacement warranty will not cover the issue related to loudspeakers or charging port.

A non-functional and severed home button

If the phone is tempered or repaired by someone else after our repair, the warranty shall be void.

Jailbroken devices

Upon any notable related issue with a repair, it is necessary for the client to get in touch with customer support within 7 days.
